SP7021 Board Support Package

BSP of SP7021

The software includes the hardware driver, Linux kernel, rootfs and boot code
There are two boards to be introduced :
- Bigger : the Evaluation Board
- Smaller : the Demo Board

Software is managed in the Plus1 Git server (113.196.136.131)
