describe how to use the SP7021 EVB, included the hardware setting and the software initialize.


The EVB system consists of a mother board and several daughter boards, all with distinct feature.
The Mother Board provides:
  • PLUS1 SP7021 QFN176 chipset, included ARM quad-core CA7 and 4Gb DDR3
  • 12V external power supply input, providing 3 set DC-DC converter
  • 2 USB 2.0 port
  • 1 HDMI Tx port
  • MIPI CSI-2 connector
  • FPGA slot ( pin compatible to Cmod A7-35T FPGA module)
  • eMMC socket
  • SPI NOR/NAND Flash socket
  • Super CAP & CR2032 Battery socket for RTC
  • DIP switch for boot source configuration


The Daughter Boards provides:
  • 3 DC-DC converters, which can invert to 0.9V/1.2V/1.5V/3.3V/5V from external 12V power supply
  • 2 10/100 EPHY daughter board and on board RJ45, support Ethernet switch function when two EPHY boards
  • 1 eMMC daughter board, for testing different brands of eMMC
  • Cmod A7-35T FPGA daughter board ( NOT included)
  • I2S and SPDIF daughter board ( NOT included)
